Terms & Conditions
1. One-on-One Coaching Packages
Full Refund (7-Day Window): You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, unless the agreed program start date falls within that time.
Partial Refund (Before Start Date): After 7 days from purchase and up until the agreed program start date, you may cancel for a 50% refund. The non-refundable portion reflects that custom program design and preparatory services begin immediately upon enrollment.
No Refunds After Start Date: Once the program has officially started (as confirmed by the agreed start date in email), no refunds are available.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
Ongoing Responsibility: Membership and subscription fees cover access to materials, community spaces, and/or live events. Participation is the member’s responsibility, and no refunds are provided based on usage.
Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled in writing at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the upcoming payment due date.
3. General Terms
Payment: All fees are due as stated at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property: Materials provided in programs or memberships are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
Disclaimer: Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Kodiak, Alaska, USA.
Author Coaching & Intellectual Property
Author’s Intellectual Property:
All materials, manuscripts, notes, and creative work shared by the client (the “Author”) during the coaching process remain the sole intellectual property of the Author. Nannette Foster Coaching does not claim ownership, authorship, or copyright to any portion of the Author’s creative work or book materials. Confidentiality and respect for your creative process are foundational to our coaching relationship.
Coaching Role & Limitations:
Nannette Foster Coaching provides educational and professional guidance designed to support the Author’s writing, creative process, and publishing strategy. Coaching does not include publishing services, book production, or representation. Nannette Foster Coaching is not a publisher, agent, or publicist, and does not guarantee publishing outcomes or sales performance.
Tech Support & External Services:
While recommendations for tools, service providers, or publishing platforms may be offered, the Author is fully responsible for evaluating, selecting, and managing any third-party vendors or technology. Nannette Foster Coaching does not provide technical support, troubleshooting, or administrative setup for publishing or digital tools.
Client Responsibility & Due Diligence:
All creative and business decisions, including writing, editing, design, and publishing choices, remain the Author’s responsibility. The Author agrees to perform due diligence before entering into any contractual or financial arrangements with outside vendors, editors, or publishers. Coaching guidance is intended to empower informed decision-making, not to replace professional or legal advice.
